ok i have a VERY slow motabolism and i requirement help loosing some counterweight i have be eating 5-6 small 200 cal meal a day and working out and i bear pilates and yoga but nothing is working i am 13 and i weigh around 115 and im 5 ft. elevated and every one else in my class is 5ft and 13 but they weigh nearly 90lbs. any suggestions?what am i doing wrong?Help pleasee!?
