Help! I want exercise warning?

I would like to lose 40 lbs by june. What are some cardio exercises that u recommend? I have started walkin bc it got stove out but since its been snowin i havent gone out bc im not taking my 3m hoary son out.Help! I want exercise warning?
At home cardio:

Walking is one of the best ways of loosing mass and yes of course diet control.... As mentioned above avoid red meat and try taking fruit juice and a lime juice near honey first thing contained by the morning even before ur coffee or tea or breakfast.
Try avoiding coffee/tea contained by the morning and take the lime liquid with honey this should serve... Gud Luck!!
best place is to go to your dr for the best direction for exercising
do a lot of walking around surrounded by the house or jump rope :)
