What is the fastest way ,using dumbells, to even out the size of my biceps? What excersize should i do and should i be using heavier or lighters weights to gain muscle?
I don't know if this help but i am 16yrs, 5'7" and weigh 130lbsHELP! Biceps!?
If you want large biceps you should use heavier shipment with smaller number rep, if you want toned biceps you should use low weight and large reps. Some good exercises would be concentraion curls( sitting on a bench beside one arm down doing curls), standing alternate curls with dumbells, or straight tavern curls.
you might wanna start with push ups...
