okay, so water help u lose weright?
im doing 8 glasses a hours of daylight and running every day for 30 mins..
eatin really heatlhy no unwanted items
can i lose 5 lbs in 3 weeks?

Yea, 5lbs in 3 weeks should be really trouble-free if your doing that everyday. I'm not sure what changes first when you start losing counterweight.
don't know about the obverse thing I regard as that it's the first thing you distinguish because you look in the mirror every year. but a healthy counterbalance loss is 2 lbs a week. If you lose it too quickly you will put it right rear legs on. so 5 lbs in 3 weeks is extraordinarily reasonable. appropriate luck
If you are doing everything you said, you will probably lose more than 5 lbs. I have other been told that the first place you lose weightiness is in your obverse. Most women lose weight any in their facade or chest. Good luck. =)

Your bulk depends on your height... if your echelon is 125-135cm then i contemplate it shouldn't be a problem
And what is 'stomachs' if you mean to that be in motion are becoming obese... then please try to control it so that you don't own to face any problem surrounded by controlling your figure contained by future.

Firstly it depends on how heavy you are and what you types of food you devour.. for example.. if you did 3 hours at the Gym then go home and tucked in to a Family Bucket of KFC next you wouldnt have made much of an acheivment. It also depends on how frequently you are going to attend and how long you are going to attend for.. Basically if currently own a quite clothed Diet and go to the Gyms perchance at least twice a week you should catch sight of quite a difference.. but it can nick anything up to months to notice any BIG differences.. but if you but your rear into it and stick at it and not tire yourself out too much you should see some results in at lowest 2 weeks.. again though it depends on what your current diet and weight is
