HELP ME plz!!?

ok so im 16 and i want to lose weight, i am 5'1" and resembling 150-160 pounds. i was down to 140 and later i gained it wager on. i dont really eat unpromising, so i was wondering what the best track was to lose substance. would it be running in intervals. resembling run, walk, run, step or what? also my love handles and hips are kinda big. or at smallest i think so. i look chance with a bathing suit on let put it that way. i dont really ruminate im fat or anything but i would approaching to get contained by shape for soccer and AAU (basketball). so what are the best ways to lose weight and take rid of my love handles/hips? thanks everyoneHELP ME plz!!?
1. cardio
2. watching what you drink.
3. sit ups are good for hips
4. be live when ever you can
Watch your calories and just seize out their and move. Do an excercise that you like and stick near it. Go and buy some 3 and 5 lb weights and do some strength training.
