Umm okkk Soooo you need to munch through 5 TIMES a dayy to boost up your metabolism. What if your not hungry and through out the day you simply eat approaching 3 times a day but small mealss, and subsitute the other two near drinking alot of water??? DOES WATER HELP YOU BOOST YOUR METABOLISM OR DOESSS IT HAVEEE TO BE FOOD?????????????HELP ME ONE THIS oneee PLEASEE???!?
Water does not do anything to your metabolism because your body doesn't call for to do anything to it but use it. If your not hungry then don't put away, and instead of eating 3 meal try substituting breakfast or lunch for a snack, and eat two more snacks, similar to a cereal bar or yogurt.
Sensible nation eat merely when thay are hungry.
