Help next to substance?

I recently lost adjectives the weight that I considered necessary to lose. For some reason I couldn't keep hold of it off. I know profoundly of people enjoy this problem. I am starting to lose it again. I just stipulation some tips it actually hold it off this time. Please, this is big-hearted of stessing me out.Help next to substance?
Exercise everyday like jog around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per year than 3 times per day
Dont munch through until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of river and stop all the quick food and chocolate.

Ive be through that as well. For me staying motivated and working out consistently is what made the big difference and also varying my lifestyle to always try and put away healthier.
