Help! our prom is fastly approching! How could you lose substance contained by only 4 days?!?
Minus 3,500 Calories = Minus 1 lb.
Say you consume 2,000 to 2,500 calories per day.
Without Exercise = If you try to quickly even with merely water for the subsequent four days you will lose only going on for 2 to 3 lbs.
With Exercise = If you try to fast even next to only sea for the next four days you will lose one and only addition in the order of 200 calories for every 10 minutes running or equivalent activity.
Unless your dream is to loose couple of lbs., four days might be a little too short for big diet plan.
depends on how much bulk. you'd only lose 1-2 lbs, so it's not even worth it. shift and enjoy yourself.
1) you could stop ingestion. which would be pretty stupid.
2) you could get liposuction. which would be even more stupid.
3) you could realize that you can't possibly expect to lose any significant amount of weight surrounded by such a short time length., and then prefer to plan ahead next time you want something, which would be intelligent.
whip your choice.
Eat NO junk or pre-prepared food whatsoever (sodium make you retain water).
Drink nothing but sea (not even diet soda) and lots of it!
Eat a small amount of lean protein, complex carb and fruit or veg at each & every dinnertime (including breakfast).
Eat raw fruit but steam your veggies (less bloating).
Get plenty sleep to avoid stress eating.
It may append up to as much as 2 pounds and it's healthy as all right. Whatever you do, don't crash... fainting at the prom is no fun!
