Healthy foods to guzzle on a diet?

What are healthy foods to munch through on a diet? to lose at lease 1.5 pounds a week. I'm a vegetarian and i don't drink fish either.
For breakfast, lunch And dinner...and are snacks ok?Healthy foods to guzzle on a diet?
You can put away all the vegetables you want. And adjectives the fruit. Avoid or lay off of, or at lowest go flowing on the starches & pastries. Avoid fats and fried food. Go straightforward on salt or avoid it. Snacks are fine except those only just noted --Don't fill up on Fritos & fries & chips, you know. Some sweets are OK, but boundary them mainly to sugar free or low sugar. Fresh food is nearly other better than canned food, because they put too much sodium & saline in the can foods, to flavor it. It's perfectly OK for you to guzzle fish. Whole-grain cereals are fine, and cheese, too.
You vegetarian claim not to eat meat, but here are millions of helpless, darling little microscopic animals on every stick of celery you savages chomp on, so don't you grain guilty, you cannibal?
