Yea, 5lbs in 3 weeks should be really trouble-free if your doing that everyday. I'm not sure what changes first when you start losing counterweight.
don't know about the obverse thing I regard as that it's the first thing you distinguish because you look in the mirror every year. but a healthy counterbalance loss is 2 lbs a week. If you lose it too quickly you will put it right rear legs on. so 5 lbs in 3 weeks is extraordinarily reasonable. appropriate luck
If you are doing everything you said, you will probably lose more than 5 lbs. I have other been told that the first place you lose weightiness is in your obverse. Most women lose weight any in their facade or chest. Good luck. =)

I am going on a trip in May and I want to shift to the beach while I am in that. I am about 140lbs, right very soon..give or give somebody a lift. I want to loose maybe 5-10 lbs and tone up my body. I have a baby and go from 105lbs to now 140lbs. I approaching the weight on me, I basically need to tone it up. I donthave time for the gym, but I do enjoy some equipment at home...treadmill, ad lounger, stick bells, work out ball and resistant band. I want to create a work out plan that will work for me and target the areas I want targeted.....stomach (pouch from baby), thighs (rub just a little), butt (gotten bigger and I approaching it, but want to keep it) and my arms (just tone). This week I pulled my calf twice while running. I stretch thoroughly before I run, especially my calves and ankles. I am 35 years frail.
I used to lift weights regularly and realize that I rarely ever would verbs my calves when I went running. Now, that it have been over a year since I stopped lifting (mainly because in attendance was no gym within my area) and just started subsidise into running I have be pulling my calves much more frequently.

start stretching an doing yoga or pilates. lengthening your muscles instead of bulking them up with running or some other entertainment.. it will make a difference, but over time. but family are differently proportioned, and some people hold bigger calves and some people hold big shoulders, etc. there's only so much you can do. Try wearing a nice heel or block shoe to lenthen your calves. nothing too chunky.
Sit around and don't do anything. I have knee surgery and have sever muscle atrophy and it was because I never used it, not even to hoof it....
WOW i totally know how you feel my calves are really muscular and i abominate it. i dont work shorts or skirt either. All you can do is run...and excersise. Get rid of adjectives the fat on your calves. It's strong but other than that muscle is here it wont go away. I am 27 and I hold to live with it. But on the bright side it's better than chicken legs.

Some good exercises would be concentraion curls( sitting on a bench beside one arm down doing curls), standing alternate curls with dumbells, or straight tavern curls.

I'm 22,4'10 and my great weight is around 95lbs.My body structure however say I should be about 120-125.If you're concerned give or take a few your weight you should walk to your doctor and ask what the weight for adjectives three should be.Just remember it's called "ideal" for a purpose.Don't hurt yourself trying to be the weight some stupid chart say you should be.Eat right,get angelic exercise and have plenty of fun getting within shape!!

Pilate's is not an intense workout, your not sup post to get really sweaty or tired. When they voice tighten your stomach it means push your stomach to your spine, so your wager on does not get hurt during the exercise. Pilate's is great for toning and sculpt but you should do another cardio workout with it to speed up the results, and because Pilate's burn little calories. Good luck.

Hey guys, I need a bunch of bodyweight exercises I can do to build muscle on my thighs, hamstring and calves. I can use light weights, I enjoy dumbells (up to 50 lbs) and a barbell up to 80 lbs. Any help would be appreciated.Help next to building leg muscles?
I would suggest you travel buy some more plates for your barbell. A pair of 45s should end you for a little while.
For thighs I would reccomend: Back Squats (if you enjoy a rack you can get under), front squats, lunges, one legged squats beside dumbells.
For posterior chain(hamstrings, glutes, lower back): Good mornings, deadlifts, romanian dead lift, power cleans, snatches.
Except for good mornings you can use dumbells next to any exercise instead of a barbell.
Calves: Stand on a step or block and hold a dumbell in one paw, do calf raises using only the foot on that side and balance next to your opposite foot.
Sprinting is also a great leg workout that releases alot of growth hormone.
You don't want to do raises each day, you need to administer the muscle time to rebuild. But raise are an excellent exercise.

Water does not do anything to your metabolism because your body doesn't call for to do anything to it but use it. If your not hungry then don't put away, and instead of eating 3 meal try substituting breakfast or lunch for a snack, and eat two more snacks, similar to a cereal bar or yogurt.

I feel your aching. I'm 36, 30, 41. I recently lost 20 lbs and from that...3" come off respectively thigh. HOWEVER...my boobs have reduced as all right. I really don't have any great guidance other than this: I suppose we'll always own our pear shape. In a way it's a polite thing because we're at smaller number risk for heart disease. Just realize that your measurements are small, you're probably a size 5? So having a pear shape at size 5 is a LOT more attractive than have a pear at size 16. So be proud of yourself and learn to love what you hold!
You could always try doing something resembling Leslie Sansone's Walk away the pounds. It would still produce an allover weightloss with possibly a more toned, muscular look to your legs and arms. Hope that help!
