Have any one tried the Zone Diet? Is it better than the Akins?
Anything has to be better than Atkins!

I think it's better to use the principles of both the ingestion plans and make sound changes you can live beside. I like this style of intake because I felt well-mannered eating a better symmetry of foods, and avoiding simple carbs. My advice is to incorporate what works for you and what you can live beside. Don't call it a diet, phone call it healthy ingestion.
