Has anyone hear something like the master cleanse/lemonade diet? is it bad for you or devoted? why?
yes. it's been around for a long time. i don't assume it's dangerous as long as you don't do it for more than a few days at a time. while doing it, your body will not be getting adjectives the nutrients it needs. i own heard that you lose immensity on it though. but its essentially a starvation diet, so of course you would.
I haven't hear of it but it sounds like even so another fad diet. "Fad" diets may make a contribution you results, and they may even be quick results, but the immensity loss never lasts. It's approaching any liquid diet, or even Atkins (no carbs). You can not completely wipe out one thing from your diet and expect to go and get lasting results.
The best track to lose weight is through glowing diet and exercise. That's it. There's no magic pill, drink, or "too worthy to be true" diet that will be effective contained by the long run.
