Has anyone on her used the ab lounge excercise piece of equipment?

i anyone on his has used that contraption what were your results
after two weeks to thiry hours of daylight? i used the abs machine.
i excercise everyday for a week and i gainned five pounds. i be trying to loose my stomach but i only gainned five pounds which
is not doomed to failure iam not complaining. iam 5feet 6 inches and
i weighed earlier 143 now since i used that contraption
in one week i weigh 150 pound. be it because i was excersincing
and i did not diet?Has anyone on her used the ab lounge excercise piece of equipment?
Muscle weigh more than fat.
All those machines though. I've be there done that. THere purely gimmicks. If you can't do it near plain old crunches don't regard a miracle machines going to do it.
Also it might be that time of the month so you might be just retaining fluid.
Abs are the hardest module of the body to develop as you really do have to EARN them! No gimmicky but of plastic will ever be capable of take this away
Sometimes when you start sour exercising you gain weight because the muscles are building up once the muscles are built up afterwards the weight or fatty tissue starts to drop. You will own to continue to use it for months up to that time you notice consignment lose or your stomach dropping...diet...drink more water and cut down on what you get through, especially junk foods...put away healthier beside fruits and vegis... They do say you should grasp more carbohydrates for energy when you are exercising...Diet I chew over is taking out of proportation...The diet pills and all that scrap. I can drink one cup of coffee in the morning and sea the rest of the day, no soda, liquid and etc. and i can lose 2 to 3 pounds in a week...Dont tender up to easy it is great you are trying to be in good health...
