with the 3hr diet you munch through every 3 hrs. has anyone hear in the order of it?Has anyone try the 3 hr diet? Does it work?
I've never heard it referred within that way beforehand......but in the body building/fitness industry they close to to eat more frequent smaller meal 3-5 hours apart.....the reason for this is that your body requirements fuel to burn fat/cal..... and you think of it similar to every time you eat you are fueling that fire and keeping your body burning..... it is exceedingly effective...but you must get through the SMALLER portions each time you devour....eat according to what your flurry level will be contained by the 3 hours following your meal.....
